Joint Service Development Day - 24 February 2026
Please read this carefully:
- The day will start and end with sessions for everyone in the hall with a series of workshops running during the rest of the day.
- There are 4 workshops being repeated but time will only allow for you to attend 3 of these. Spaces are limited due to size of rooms so you will need to book on a workshop for each of the sessions.
- It is important that each workshop includes a mix of teams to encourage broader discussions and a wider range of ideas and experiences, so we would ask teams to spread themselves over the workshops and not all attend the same ones at the same time.
This is the agenda for the day:
- 9:00am - Start in G1 - Connections, tea and coffee
- 9.15am - Welcome and updates:
- 10.30am - Break
- 10.55am - Workshop (attend 1, choice of 4)
- 12:15pm - Lunch
- 1:15pm - Workshop (attend 1, choice of 4)
- 2:40pm - Workshop (attend 1, choice of 4)
- 4:00pm - Questions from the day, everyone in G1
The workshops will be:
- Workshop 1 (G4): Capturing Impact. Opportunity to share, reflect and consider how we can develop and improve how we capture the impact of our work.
- Workshop 2 (G3): Inclusion and Challenge. Inclusion can be view differently across our schools, colleges and settings and this can lead to some challenging conversations. This workshop will prove opportunities to reflect and discuss these issues.
- Workshop 3 (1.2): Joint Planning Meeting (JPM) Redesign. Opportunity to consider how JMPs can be made more effective and include a wider group of professionals.
- Workshop 4 (G1): Banding RAP, FOSAs and Advice Givers Template. Opportunity to consider updates, processes and ways of working.
