Multi-agency Cluster/Neighbourhood Team Workshops

We are pleased to invite you to a series of Multi-Agency Cluster/Neighbourhood Workshops designed to strengthen local partnerships and improve our collective support for children, young people and families.

Purpose

These workshops will bring together colleagues from education, health, social care and community services to:

  • Increase understanding of the local service offer.
  • Build relationships across agencies.
  • Improve collaboration and coordinated support for families.
  • Reinforce our shared responsibility for achieving better outcomes.

What to Expect

The workshops will include:

  • Welcome and context: the Family Help/Neighbourhood approach, integrated working and local priorities.
  • Service Showcase (market place): an opportunity to learn about local services, who they support and how to access them.
  • Multi-agency case study activity: exploring how services can work together to provide effective, whole-family support.
  • Reflection and next steps: identifying key learning, opportunities and actions for future collaboration.

Outcomes

By the end of the session, participants will have:

  • A clearer understanding of local services and support available.
  • Increased confidence in partnership working and referral pathways.
  • Stronger connections with colleagues across their cluster/neighbourhood.
  • A greater understanding of coordinated, whole-family approaches to support.

Attendance

We welcome representation from all partner services, particularly practitioners who work most closely with the relevant cluster area.

  • West Cluster: Tuesday 22 September 2026
  • Central Cluster: Monday 28 September 2026
  • North West Cluster, Tuesday 13 October 2026
  • North Cluster: Thursday 15 October 2026
  • East Cluster : Friday 16 October 2026
