Signs of Safety 1-day Introductory course
Course overview:
This one-day workshop will allow you to bring together all of the learning around the different elements of the practice methodology.
By taking a situation one of the delegates is working with, we will undertake an assessment and consider the different stages to build and develop a meaningful version of the plan.
The session will include:
- Mapping – identifying gaps and questions to identify next steps.
- Developing Statements, goals, and scaling questions.
- Thinking about direct work and how we will gain the lived experience and views of the child, young person and their network. Explanations work.
- Planning, including building a timeline and plan rules
This session is suitable for those at the end of the pathway, or for those who want a refresher.
